I would suggest a combination of upper body strength (i.e. Push ups, switch it up with outside and inside push ups and diamonds) and a lot of cardio (i.e. running, tabata intervals) to help with your stamina.

I’m marching SCVC this summer. I just got a spot in the cymbal line this past weekend. I’m really excited for the season. It’s my rookie year in DCI and the first time I have to deal with corps fees -____- so I need your guys’s help!
